Lucky Draw – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the Royal Lucky Draw promotion conducted by Dr RK Hall, Vriddhachalam, Tamil Nadu. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

The lucky draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.
Participants must be residents of India.
Employees and immediate family members of Dr RK Hall are not eligible to participate.
Only one registration per phone number is allowed.

2. How to Enter

Complete the lucky draw registration form on our website with accurate information.
Provide a valid 10-digit mobile number as it will be used for winner notification.
You must provide consent to allow Dr RK Hall to contact you.
Submitting false information will result in disqualification.

3. Prize Details

Prizes include exclusive discounts on event bookings, complimentary services, and special packages.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Dr RK Hall reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value.
Prize details will be communicated to winners directly via phone or WhatsApp.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
The draw will be conducted by authorised personnel of Dr RK Hall.
The decision of Dr RK Hall regarding winner selection is final and binding.
No correspondence regarding the draw results will be entertained.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via phone/WhatsApp using the number provided during registration.
If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity before claiming their prize.

6. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Dr RK Hall may use their name, city, and testimonial for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials.
Participants may opt out of publicity by notifying us in writing before the draw date.

7. Data Use

8. Limitation of Liability

Dr RK Hall accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the lucky draw or the acceptance of any prize. All prizes are provided "as-is" without any warranty.

9. Amendments

Dr RK Hall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this lucky draw at any time without prior notice, if deemed necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

10. Governing Law

This lucky draw is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu.
